Learn the systems. Solve what's stuck. 

Are you the type who figures things out on your own? Do you spot a task done manually for the third time - and automate it on the fourth? Then we're looking for you. You'll learn e-commerce operations on systems that handle hundreds of thousands of products. 

Our Operations team is the engine behind our clients' e-commerce channels. We make sure products go live flawlessly on marketplaces like Bol and Amazon. We optimize fulfillment, use AI and automation, and build the systems behind it all. 

What will you do? 

As a junior Operations Specialist, you start by supporting the team. Within a few months, you're running your own clients. You'll learn to build product feeds, set up tools like ChannelEngine, and monitor backend systems. An experienced colleague trains you, but once something doesn't make sense, it's on you to dig deeper. Next to that, you'll: 

• Build product feeds and set up ChannelEngine (or similar tools like Channable), so products go live correctly and on time. 

• Monitor backend systems and catch issues early. Why is this product offline? Why is this order stuck? You'll learn to find the real cause, not just fix the symptom. 

• Run promotions in ActivationBoxx, our platform for consumer campaigns. From setting one up to validating registrations, managing stock, and onboarding new clients. You're the go-to person here: for clients and the team. 

• Look for smarter ways of working. Spot a task that eats the same hours every week? Figure out how to remove it, and build the fix - with AI, a script, a smarter setting, or a simpler agreement. 

• Roll up your sleeves when needed. Some days the work is analytical and creative. Other days it's checking 400 lines because it just needs to get done. 

Who are we looking for? 

• You're tech-savvy and curious. You click your way through an unfamiliar tool instead of waiting for an explanation. 

• You're a problem-solver. Getting stuck annoys you, giving up annoys you more. 

• You care about quality and work precisely. In this job, the difference between right and wrong is often one character. 

• You think in solutions. You see challenges as opportunities and tackle them right away. 

• You don't need years of experience. An internship, a side job, your own webshop, a self-built project, a degree where you worked with data: we care about your mindset, not your CV. 

• Nice to have: experience with backend systems of webshops or marketplaces (Bol, Amazon, Otto, or other local players), or you've heard of ChannelEngine or Channable. Not required - we'll teach you.
