We're looking for a Growth Lead who helps our clients achieve sustainable, scalable growth. From your central role within the client team, you're the engine behind growth, the challenger of specialists, and the strategic sparring partner of the Client Lead. You know how data, strategy and execution come together to create maximum impact for our clients.

What will you do?

  • Data-Driven Strategy: You're the content owner of the client's growth plan. You develop and implement growth strategies based on performance data, market trends and competitive analysis - translating strategic pillars into tactical and operational actions, while continuously monitoring key KPIs through periodic reporting.

  • Performance-Driven KPI Steering: You monitor and steer on the KPIs that matter most - think revenue, margin and market share. You drive scalable, profitable growth with a healthy P&L and translate insights into concrete improvements.

  • Innovation & Experimentation: You create a culture of experimenting and optimising. You test data-driven hypotheses, launch experiments and turn insights into new growth opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with specialists in advertising, content and operations - challenging them, maintaining coherence, and making sure strategy, execution and results are perfectly aligned. Together with the Client Lead, you align growth plans with the client's long-term goals and share learnings across client teams.

  • Competitive Market Analysis: You stay on top of D2C and marketplace developments, keep a sharp eye on competitors, and translate trends and algorithm changes into strategic opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

  • HBO or WO level in Marketing, Economics or Business.

  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools and dashboards.

  • Solid knowledge of D2C channels, trends and e-commerce platforms.

  • Experience with KPI steering and business performance analysis.

  • A creative and critical thinker who turns data into action.

  • Curious, entrepreneurial and focused on innovation.

  • Strong at collaborating, challenging and convincing a team.

  • Proactive and structured, with an eye for detail.

  • You're decisive and willing to take ownership.
