We're looking for an enthusiastic Client Lead to join our team in the heart of Eindhoven. You're great at building effective relationships with multiple clients - turning ambitious plans into concrete results and consistently exceeding expectations. You'll work closely with a team of specialists, taking ownership of performance and client satisfaction across your accounts.
What will you do?
Strategy & Planning: As the primary point of contact, you help clients develop, shape and execute their D2C strategy - keeping their business goals and internal organisation in mind. You connect client challenges to 10XCREW's services, with the goal of growing customer lifetime value.
Performance Management: You monitor KPIs, analyse data trends and implement strategies to maximise results and impact.
Client Relationship Management: You build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication, close collaboration and sharp strategic advice.
Innovation & Optimisation: You spot trends and opportunities in data and results, translate them into clear actions, and align next steps with both the client and specialist teams.
Team Management: You translate client goals into clear team objectives - and coach and challenge specialists to get the best out of them.
Who are we looking for?
A completed HBO or WO degree in Business, Marketing or Economics.
At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or account management - preferably agency-side.
Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
Experience selling via marketplaces like Amazon and bol (vendor/seller) is a plus.
Building relationships, scoring on NPS and solving problems is in your DNA.
You're results-driven, a strong communicator and work in a structured way.
You're analytical, critical and base priorities and proposals on facts and data.
You switch easily between strategy and operations - and you get energy from coaching people with a positive, content-driven approach.
